For years, I've been a satisfied customer of the Charles Street salon, enjoying both the basic mani/pedi services and the friendly staff. However, a recent visit marked a significant decline in service quality. The new staff's approach was unprofessional and time-wasting. After completing an OK pedicure, I was inexplicably asked to wait for another customer to receive their manicure, despite my prior arrival and appointment. This blatant disregard for my time and comfort was met with a dismissive smile from the "manager." Such a disrespectful and absurd experience has permanently alienated me as a customer.
